Well it's almost here. Even though Canon did not want to make one, they were left no choice but to compete with everyone else and make one. The picture you see here is their answer to this market. The mount will be something called an EF-M. M standing for mirrorless of course. I am going to assume that this means we will get an adapter that will allow for EF lenses to be mounted to it as well. We will see, I guess.
Some were hoping for a retro appearance, but as you can see above, it looks like they took a safer and more consumer acceptable approach in design. I would give you more specs, but they seem to be all over the place with no one really knowing for sure what it will have. As we approach Monday's release, I am sure more solid intel will leak out.
