Samsung Releases The EX2F - The Fastest Compact Around

How fast? Well on the short end of the zoom range, it has an aperture capability if F/1.4. But it suffers on the zoom range, you might say? Not so. Zoomed out it can to F/2.7. Nice.

In addition to some fast glass, the camera is WiFi capable and includes the ability to have a remote viewfinder, mobile linking, email, and auto back-up features. How's that for cool. Add in an ISO range of 12,800 and a fold out rear screen, and this is one packed little compact.

The EX2F becomes available in mid August and should retail for about $550.
