BBB stands for Better Business Bureau. Bet that got your attention! This is a story that is apparently gathering intrest from a variety of sites across the net, so I am jumping on the band wagon and reporting it too. As the below screen shots will prove, Nikon gets a big ole' "F" and Canon gets a "A+". At least their support division does,
So why is it so bad? Well according to the BBB, Nikon pretty does not respond to reports to the BBB when someone files a complaint. Canon, on the other hand, responds to every single one. Responding could involve contacting the customer that complained, telling their side of the story to the BBB, attempting to resolve the issue with the BBB serving as a mediator or a combination of those actions.
Nikon refuses to play ball and refuses to recognize the Better Business Bureau.
