Up and coming third party lens maker Samyang is further expanding their line up in a big way, and certainly proving they are committed to providing third party options for photographers.
They will be offering a 24mm Tilt Shift lens.
These are true specialty lenses, and even companies that have been around forever like Sigma, don't make them. With this move, and in offering it for a variety of mounts, they are making a statement in the camera world that they are here to stay.
They will be announcing at Photokina shortly for Canon, Nikon, Sony and Pentax camera mounts. No word on price yet, but these tend to be expensive lenses valued at well over a $1000 each. We will see if they can save us any money.
