What would YOU do for the shot?

The below image was taken from Steve Digicams Facebook page. Their caption read, "Would you take this shot?" But my question to you is, what would you do for "the shot"? In fact, in the section below, tell us your story of what you have done in the past to get the shot. For instance, I took $7,000 worth of camera gear waste deep into the surf to capture the shot I was looking for, and prayed every moment that I would not drop my camera, or trip. But what have YOU done?
